An eight-year-old boy died after falling while car surfing on a vehicle as his teenage sister drove.

Enashia Futrell, 18, has been arrested and charged in the death of her unnamed brother.

Futrell claimed she did not know her brother had climbed out and onto the roof of the 2006 Ford Expedition, which had all its windows open, according to court documents obtained by 13News Now on Monday.
